We are  delighted to announce our continued support and assistance with squad development for the British Paragliding Team for 2007, and in particular our association with the development of new/up-and-coming talent.

 Elemental have specifically selected the British Bleriot Cup (Paragliding) Team as the beneficiaries of their support.
As the ethos of the annual Bleriot Cup competition against the French compliments well with Elemental’s aims of catalysing the development of high performing teams through the creation of supportive learning environments.  “The match between our business and the purpose of this competition is near perfect” says Elemental Director Burkitt Rudd.
The Bleriot Cup - has an established history as a platform competition between these two nations, providing an excellent competitive environment to test up-and-coming pilots both on the international stage as well as their apptitude and committment to work effectively as a team. Providing an exciting opportunity for these pilots to not only represent their Country but also in effect ‘spread their wings’ while learning from other more seasoned competition pilots.
