We will happily take your Aims and Objectives, and translate them into a participative, innovative programme that will match your exacting needs and requirements. Estimated Timetable- 1 meeting + 1 design day if using generic tools 3 design and construction days for one off tools Methodology Supporting your training professionals in the design and delivery of in-house training programmes. Support includes selection and design of relevant experiential exercises that reinforce the required learning. Full training and ownership of new exercises can be achieved after a comprehensive hand over procedure. Should it be required we will happily run appropriate exercises / simulations alongside your professionals, until such a time as they are confident and certified to run the programme alone. We can also take full control and responsibility for managing the logistics, locations, and paperwork as required. |
