Coaching and Mentoring
Addressing the special skills that both Coaches and Mentors need to build
constructive relationships with their protégés. It identifies techniques that can help
learners make positive progress in a new appointment.

Estimated Timetable-
Prior meetings will need to be had in order to identify key features and benefits of
your system, so that a workshop can be tailored to fit with your organisations own
mentoring scheme or policy.

Methodology

Once the framework has been developed we will design and deliver a skills workshop
that will enhance the skill sets required - In a manner that is in tune with your
business culture.

Example Outcomes
Participants gain the skills of effective communications with an emphasis on active
listening through the widely respected GROW and AID models.
Develop facilitating, coaching, counselling and feedback skills through practical
application and the use of simulations and role-plays.
